Kennedys launches its AI-powered virtual defense lawyer for personal injury cases.
In today's issue of Australasian Lawyer, Steve Randall reports that Kennedys is launching in Australia its KLAiM web-based platform, which provides templates and guidance notes to help users move through the litigation process, as well as generate documents for filing in court. Kennedys claims that clients using the service in the United Kingdom, where it was first introduced, have been able to settle 80% of their claims without lawyer involvement.
KLAiM is also being introduced in Hong Kong, the United States, and Bermuda.
