Lisa's professional background is as a counseling psychologist, with more than ten years experience in senior levels of business management and human resource development, especially in banking, and more than 20 years experience consulting to law firms and corporate and government legal departments worldwide.
Lisa Walker Johnson deals with some of the most difficult, complicated problems of legal practice management, performance, and leadership. She manages Cultural Due Diligence processes in law firm mergers, and is an expert on business planning and implementation enterprise-wide, by business unit or practice specialty, and at the individual level. She is an internationally acknowledged leader in the administration, interpretation, and application of psychological instruments, such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, to the management of change in the legal profession. She has worked with individual lawyers, practice groups, and senior leadership on diversity issues in law firms worldwide.

Lisa also is a Professor at the International Instutute of Law & Business, in Panama City and Miami, where she teaches a course in Leading Change in Legal Organizations in the school's LL.M. program.
