Sarah Max is Senior Consultant for Walker Clark LLC, based in Seattle, WA. Sarah has over a decade of experience in the field of social housing, strategic planning, and procedural analysis.

Drawn to Walker Clark by her commitment to connecting organizations to resources and identifying their intellectual assets, Sarah values the opportunity to employ her keen listening and synthesizing skills that allow clients to assess, prioritize, and employ successful strategies to achieve administrative excellence. Sarah’s professional experiences have honed her ability to listen actively, think critically, and issue-spot adeptly, equipping her to empower clients as they leverage strengths, avoid pitfalls, and find success.


Sarah holds a Juris Doctorate from Seattle University, where she focused on land use, real estate transactions, property rights and comparative international property law. Sarah holds a Master of Public Administration from The Evergreen State College, where her concentration was Strategic Planning, Administration, and Management.


Sarah’s current pro bono service includes acting as staff attorney support for Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), and she is the North American Regional Forum Liaison of the Poverty and Social Development Committee with the International Bar Association. Since 2021, Sarah has sat on the international housing solutions board, Community Housing Canada. In 2020, Sarah has served as committee member of the Minority Justice Commission in Seattle, which seeks to create a justice system free of bias.


Sarah is a Member in Good Standing of the Washington State Bar. Sarah’s languages are English and French.
