The 11th biennial Balkan Legal Forum, previously scheduled to meet on 11-12 June 2020 in Sofia, Bulgaria, has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

It will be rescheduled after public health and travel conditions permit.

In the meantime, the conference organizers will present a series of webinars about some of the topics on the Forum's agenda.

For more information, please visit the Forum website at:

When it is rescheduled, the 11th Balkan Legal Forum will be a very special event, as it is the 20th anniversary of the first Balkan Legal Forum.  The program will examine how the practice of law has changed in the last 20 years and -- more importantly -- how it will continue to change at a much more rapid pace.  We will look at the lessons learned from the last 20 years, but we will focus upon how law firms need to apply them to position themselves to be successful for the next 20 years.

The busy program also will include memorable social events and two days for weekend relaxation for those who want to stay and enjoy this very special part of Europe.

More information will be released soon. In the meantime, please contact me by e-mail if you have any questions.
