For a fixed fee, agreed in advance, we will:
- Assign a senior Walker Clark consultant -- not someone whose CV we pulled out of a file -- with decades of hands-on experience in executive and operational management of legal services, to fill the vacant position until a replacement arrives.
- Agree the mixture of on-site and remote support that is the most cost-effective for the unique structure and circumstances of your firm.
- Provide additional support during the transition period, as needed, from our entire team
- Remain on board, if desired, to participate in the orientation of the replacement.
But that's not all. We will also conduct, as part of the engagement, a Walker Clark Comprehensive Management Systems Review to give your new executive or senior manager the benefit of insight and priorities -- assets that are usually gained only through months of experience -- as he or she takes on the responsibility for the continued performance and operational readiness in your firm.
