My colleagues and I welcome your comments, as well as your substantive posts.  We must advise you, however, of two basic rules that we feel are necessary to accomplish our goal of providing an ongoing forum for intelligent worldwide discussions among legal professionals.

1. We ask you to register with us.  We will never disclose your registration details to anyone outside our firm.   You may use whatever nomme de blog or user name that you desire (within bounds of decency, of course).  However, we hope that you will elect to use your real name. 
2. This is a moderated blog.  We want Walker Clark Worldview to be a forum for civil discussion.  We therefore reserve the right to edit all comments and other contributions.   In some cases, we might invite you to clarify or expand on a point before your contribution is posted.  Of course, we also must reserve the right to delete material that, in our opinion, is irrelevant, potentially defamatory, or a personal attack on another contributor.  If we must decline to post a comment, we will always advise its author within 24 hours of receiving it.

So, let the dialogue begin.
